Where are you connecting the battery to the APM?
- I am connecting the battery on RC receiver.. But I tested the IMU using usb cable without battery.
Is the APM the one with numbers 0-7 or 1-8?
- 1-8
If you have checked and double checked the solder joints this might be a fault on the board. I have not seen many failed boards here in the past, could count them on one hand with fingers to spare!
The number one issue is the soldering of joints, as a precaution have you gone back over all the solder joints and made sure they are all good?
I checked all the solder joints one by one ... and everything is okay!
Is this the first time you have tried the IMU? -Yes
What version of the hardware and software are you using? -Hardware: v1.6 (I bought all the materials a month ago) -Software: ARDUINO 0022 - 2010.12.24, HappyKillmore's GCS v1.2.38
What happens if you remove the GPS? -Nothing..
Have you tried to reset the board and test again? -Yes
Have you removed all other items from the board and tested? -Yes, I tried only with main board and IMU shield, but nothing happened.
How are you powering the board? - Battery: 4.8V / 1600mAh
