Problems with AMP 1.0.63 and 1.064 with firmware loading

Gents,

           I have  a small problem with the above versions they will not load the firmware correctly (or at all). However version 1.0.57 works fine for the firmware load. I have only had my ArduPilotMega since Friday so i am new here i would like someone else to check on this for me?

    I don't see any problems on this side. We'll need more details to diagnose: which firmware, what board, what OS, etc.
