Hey Guys- I need to connect this prop:

to a motor with a 3mm shaft.

Can someone help me find an adapter that would help me accomplish this?

6mm(prop) to 3mm(motor shaft) adapter.it has plastic washer like adapter too, so shouldn't be difficult, search @ HK. Will search my side too. good luck
