Prop selection help needed: Propeller angle

Hi,

I was making consideration on the propellers for mi quadcopter but i'm confuse on something: why this props have such a weird angle and how that affect the performance and how can i calculate for that.

example like:

Use a program like ecalc for what and how each size/ pitch will work with your combination.
