PWM values vs parms

Sorry for the noob question, I'll keep it brief, perhaps somebody could point me to a link on the topic:

I'm having a hard time understanding how pwm parms relate to typical pwm output values? For instance, my throttle range is 1100-1900, but the throttle mid value is a number 0-1000. If I determine that my hover is occuring at 1450, do I make my parm value 350 (1100+350) or 450 (1000+450)?

Same question for other parms that use pwm as units -- are they relative to something? I just need to get over this hump so I can better understand.

Thanks,

Brit

  • THR_MID is not in PWM uSecs.  It's based on the values seen for throttle in from your logs.  It's in 10ths of a percent.
