Qt version for AMPplanner2 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Running AMPplanner2 V2.0.18 via Ubuntu 14.04 system; should my Qt version be higher then 5.2.1?

AMPplanner2 appears to run ok and mavlink etc. provided that I start the app via the Terminal with the cmd line "apmpanner2" however if I initiate the app via the desktop icon the ground station for me will at times crash (lock-up) after about two or three minutes at random stages of its operation.

Also is there a link to the daily builds or is master V2.0.18 currently only accessible?

LoL, the source for the daily builds option was right there in front of my eyes under the config/tuning tab.
