Quanum venture frame, APM 2.6 FC, NEO6M GPS, NTM Propdrive 2826 1200kv motors, 30a Afro esc's, 2650 4s Lipo, 5.8g video tx, front mounted cam, 12v ubec for fpv.
Maiden test flight up to 60% throttle and modest pitch angles. All flew and performed well despite APM being mounted slightly offset and no vibe damping. Subsequent flight at full chat revealed on high pitch angle with power on the quad swaps ends. Thanks for watching!!

Just got back from my first ever "real" flight. Perfect! I've mapped the whole thing as a X-frame instead of a reversed H, did the auto tune, stable as a rock, had only to compensate for light wind (I was on a plateau, so a constant current). Now I'm shopping for a camera, still undecided between Mobius/RunCam type on a fixed mount or a GoPro clone on a gimbal. Any thoughts?
Update 2: Everything seems to run well, I can arm it but the OSD won't update ever!
Tried the wiring, seems to be fine, tried the parameters, no luck at all.

If it won't be too much trouble, can I ask you about some pictures?
I'm especially interested in APM placement (using the existing plate, upside down, or directly onto the lower hull?), RX receiver placement (it doesn't seem to fit in the spot they recommend, I'm thinking to use the slanted plate for LED controller instead, would it have interferences? and the whole FPV setup (my guess is I'll have to change the connectors for the camera and telemetry radio, they doesn't seem to fit, also, can the entire combo (camera, OSD and transmiter) be powered via the existing power socket? I already have a cable with the appropriate connectors, it came with the Boscam, is it enough?)
About the GPS, with the full height of the mast does the cable reach all the way to the APM or it needs to be extended?
Can it be placed directly on the upper aft hull like the NAZA version instead?

OK, so an update:
I've mounted everything on, I do have video from FPV camera, I can see the OSD but it won't update the data.
I can arm the motors directly but not when connected to PC or tablet (either via USB cable or telemetry module).
When I have the motors armed I cannot connect telemetry, when I connect telemetry I cannot arm the motors...
