can someone explain this method , my configuration will be Cota X , correct me if im mistaken i will use Output 1,2,3,4,7,8 and 10,11 solider the board pin? why we didnt use 5 and 6? is it for Camera mount stabilizer ?

Unfortunately, I don't think you can configure as Octo-X using Mission Planner. You have to compile and upload for that.
one more thing if i want to upload using mission planner which copter configuration i have to choose because in version 1.0.68 only Hex as is the biggest?
