Question regarding Auto TakeOff function

If I use the Auto TakeOff function (for ArduPlane) at the beginning of a mission,
and I set the Altitude of the Auto TakeOff to for example 20 meters;

will these 20 meters be 20 meters above ground level or 20 meters above sea-level?

Above the point where you got GPS lock, by default. You can select Absolute for MSL.
