Hello, i am new at DIY Drones, i have been mostly active on rcgroups FPV forum,
I am currently working on my Twinstar II project,it is working great with the current gear but i want a simple RTL system.
Here is what i have.
Twinstar II Brushless.
Turnigy 9x V2 transmitter and 8ch RX (Working great)
1.2 ghz 400mw video link,
Remzibi OSD with stock GPS,
FMA CPD4 (Copilot)
Ardupilot (new in box)
All this is working great, but now... :
I want a way to get my plane back to 500 meters altitude and circle around me in case of broken Radio link,
i plan to use my current settings, all i want is the Ardupilot to return the plane to me by controling the rudder.
I was following Remzibi thread on is integration of Remzibi OSD and Ardupilot and i am getting a litle lost, my main language is french and technical stuff is harder to follow.
So can i use the ardupilot to control rudder only ? maybe throttle at 70% and let copilot do the selfleveling ?
Sorry if this as been asked before, i did alot of reading but i am lost in the navigation of this site, i find info on blogs and i dont know how to search the right way.
Anyhelp will be appreciated, (ex. Software version needed and links)
