radios finally working

So I finally got my radios working. When I power up with OSD plugged in radio stays solid red. If I unplug OSD then power up radios connect with each other, then I can plug in OSD and all works. OSD plug I'm talking about is the end that Ys off radio into telem . Any thoughts?

    Thanks Marcin. Don't know if I can take a clear enough picture. I got a new cable from 3DR because they said my first one was wrong.

    I can try to take a picture later . The copter is Hexa pre built from Udrones  with all the bells and whistles. hopefully this helps.

    first cable I had was:
