Raw measurements from ublox PAM 7Q

Hello,

I am currently using Ublox PAM 7Q. But I am unable to get raw measuremnts from this module.when i try to enable RXM-Raw or SFRB msg its giving me 'NAK'. is there any other way from which i can get raw data or I can use this module with RTKNAVI?

      When I tried to update the FW i got this message

        The data sheets say that RAW data is

        Supported on:

        u-blox 7 firmware version 1.00 (only available with raw data product variant)

        The only thing I can suggest at this point is verify that your PAM7 is a raw data product variant with the seller.

        I apologise I can't be more helpful at this stage.
