Only on Quadrocopter firmware i can change rc mapping. On Plane this is without any result.
I have Grapner / JR and must change channel map 1->3 , 2-> 1 , 3->2 .
But only with quadro its works without any problems.

With apm planner 1.... it show all ok, and with planner 2... no
Servo movement not OK .
