RCOUT of the log file in the APM/PX4

HELLO

please i want to know whats the meaning of the RCOUT in the log file, i know its the PWM output to the ESC from the controller, but what i want to know this values represent percentage or time or duty cycle or what i cant figure it out ????  thanks in advance
