Hi,

I'm wondering what hardware people would recommend to re-create the video capture/stabilization portion of the Parrot C.H.U.C.K. - that is, real-time (< 250 ms latency) transmission of a digitally stabilized RTSP video stream, either H.264, or preferably H.265/HEVC encoded, via WiFi or 4G.

I'm thinking of a small SBC that captures raw video from a board camera, stabilizes it digitally (probably with an assist from gyro data, since the drone is already equipped with gyros/accels), hardware encodes it, and sends it over WiFi.

The C.H.U.C.K. does this (with H.264), but it would be lovely to have a more modern, smaller, lighter, more accessible version.

Any recommendations about possible hardware and software libraries would be great.
