Recomended Drones to load 4kg of weigh [copter]

Hello everyone. I'm interested in buying a drone, a copter, and the only purpose is to load 4kg of weigh.

 

I've being looking around and I found DJI Spreading Wings S1000+ (https://store.dji.com/product/spreading-wings-s1000-plus) but I'd like to use the pixhawk as its controller because the A2 controller is, I think, expensive, but I can’t. But probably this is the only one that I should take.

 

However, I guess that you may know another drones, I'll appreciate your suggestions.

- A drones that can load 4kg.

  • Hi Jaspher. Not sure if you're still looking, but I can vouch for the s1000, it's a great UAS multi copter drone. i have been using it for about a year and it works flawlessly. I have tried many other unmanned platforms and found it to be a great choice for my needs, I also like that dji is a big company and that if I need support (which I have needed) they will be there for me.

    What type of camera are you mounting to it, or are you putting an entire gimbal platform?

    I have mounted an m1d HD day and night FLIR thermal camera gimbal to it;

    The only con is of course battery life, but isn't that the con of Any UAV ? Although, I have

    batteries ready to go and charged for it at all times.
