I like to know what do exactly reset button? I only know is that when something is wrong I press the button and sometimes fix problems.

Daniel: Did you ever get an answer to this question?
Yesterday I had a problem with my plan where it would not go to the way points but it kept coming home. I even "read" the waypoints out from the APM which shown a correct flight plan with no instructions to come home. After trying everything that I could think of at the field, I am curious if I should have tried the rest button?
