Hi, this is a complete noob question, I'm sure:

I'm just doing testing before the first flight. I've found that yaw, roll and pitch channels are reversed. First sign was that the ESCs were armed by applying left yaw. I'm sure there's a perfectly good (hardware, as  opposed to reversing tx) solution for my problem. Dip switches maybe? If so, is it 2,3,4 from the left?
