So i rather stupidly inverted the polarity on the battery connection.
Blew my PM and also the APM board...
I dont know to what extend the board blew though, its still powers through usb?
Is it an easy fix?
I have bought a new APM, so if anyone wants to buy this one to mend and use then hit me up
I'm in the uk so can post it, or if anyone can suggest how to fix, or test this

Yep, i did the same and although it almost melted the neg pin on the PWR-M&R input I can see any other damage at all? I have tried to power with a UBEC and it seems to power up, but doesn't work? I have also since bought another 3DR power cable and the same, some LED's and looks to power up but no comm's and no function?
I have just re-soldiered the slightly blackened pins and about to try a reset and re-prig if I can get it to link up and see what happens?
I have ordered another 2.6 and also a PIXHAWK for my on going projects, so I figure I will just mess around and hope I can get this one back up so I can have a third Multi with ARDU on board! :-)
