Is it possible to tell what is causing this by looking at the logs? I have attached the log from the last flight, it bobbed intermittently a few times and finally crashed.
Other than the intermittent bobbing and a little drifting it flies pretty well.

Pretty much always hardware is the cause of this sort of error. You could try flying with 'motors' logging on - but I'd check the soldering and/or bullets on all ESCs too.
