Roll and Pitch Angles are Nonzeros

Hello UAV's Fans.
 I just finished assembling my ArduQuad and installed the latest firmware. The problem is that whenever i connect it to the configurator  and even the IMU shield is horizontal i get always a wrong roll and pitch values. the configurator show a roll angle of -5 degrees and a pitch angle of 2.5 degrees. is there anybody knows where is the problem? Bay the way i also initialized the EEPROM.
