I would like to control my arducopter without using the remote control, I just want to send the commands from the computer (using Xbee )to the arducopter
When I went through the wiki I found that the xbee sends the commands to the arducopter in case that the joystick is used.
so do you know if there any other way (to make the computer controls the movement of the arducopter.)
Note: I'm not using GPS.!

Yes.
Your question is too vague though. There are all kinds of "flying commands".
You may want to take a look at the wiki and look at "Guided mode". Also search the site for MavProxy.
