Servo output 0 no longer working

My Servo output 0 has stopped working completely.

 

I've uploaded the dancing servo demo and all the other outputs work, but 0 does not, it doesn't matter what servo I plug in. I've connected a multimeter to the voltage and ground pins, there is still a voltage there.

 

Can someone shed some light on how I can start troubleshooting this issue? I'm really starting to lose faith that this hardware will ever work the way it's suppose to.

    If a single channel has suddenly stopped working it is probably 1 of 2 things.  

    1. You have a solder joint that has worked loose.  This can happen especially on the 90 degree header from the stress of connecting and disconnecting servo leads.
    2. You have burnt out a channel in the Mux chip.  That chip is particularly sensitive to Electrostatic Discharge, and I usually loose at least one a winter when the air is dry and the furnace is running....

    Can you operate a servo on that channel with you TX?
