Setting correct trim on a motors for quadcopter

I made a quadcopter today and Im using the radiolink T6EHP-E controller. When i increase throttle there seem to be one motor which starts spinning instantly and another which starts spinning at 35-45 percent throttle.

Is there a solution to this throttle issue?

Im using kkmulticopter 5.5 black board,

NTM 1000kv 2826 motor

Turnigy talon frame

Afro 30amp esc

and 5000mah 3s giant power battery
