I have a couple of freinds who are interested in making or buying a UAV. there 13 and there primany use for it would be manhunt( did i metion there boys lol). None of them have any type of UAV or tech training. They think its as easy 123, but i know its not. I have a little bit (very little) bit of traiing with tech and planes so i was wondering if there are places on (or off) the internet where could buy and or learn how to fly one of thesetwo more things, they want to put a camera on it and the reason i put this in helicopters, is because there are to many tress in our are for a decent plane flight.

You're right: this is very hard and expensive--it's not a toy. They should start with a simple RC plane, like a Hobbyzone Phantom, and learn to fly that first. No worries about being near a military base. Just keep the plane within sight.
