Software to control bimotors UAV ? (for autonomous flight)

Hi,

I want to create a fixed wing UAV and programm it to do an autonomous flight (for a competition). Do you know any software that can handle 2 electric motors (and control yaw axis by adjusting the power of each motor) ?

And wich hardware does work with this kind of software ?
