Can anyone tell me exactly how the AR7000 is connected to the PixHawk. I'm having a disconnect with the instructions for a Quad X. Specifically where does the Aileron, Elevator, throttle, Rudder and Aux functions plug in?

I use the DX8 with an AR8000 on my APM 2.6 Quad. For connecting to the PixHawk you can just use the bound satellite rx plugged directly into the SPKT port on the PixHawk, or you will need to get a PPM Sum encoder I believe to plug in your separate channel wires as is traditionally done for flight control. Here is the link and note if using the satellite PPM your range may be limited over main rx. copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/pixhawk-and-px4-compatible-rc-transmitter...
