Stability and Control Derivatives

Hello,

currently I am doing some learning stuff connected with UAV control. I want to perform simulation of a UAV in MatLab. For that purpose I need some data aobut that UAV - that is stability and control derivatives. Does anyone has any papers on that topic?
Any help would be appreciated.
