Hi, i've been reading a lot about building an VTOL, so I decided to start with a Skywalker X8

Glued carbon tubes to the wings considering perfect GC balance and configured the flight controller (pixhawk running PX4 VTOL generic quadplane)

The results were dissapointing, as in it's second flight it crashed due to oscilations it couldnt correct

Pitch seems to be almost correct, but rolls shows that tuning on that axis is not even close to be set.

I attach 2 log reviews, first with the non crash flight, and second with the crash due to oscilations.

What do you recommend me to tune first?
