I have an APM2 with latest firmware. If I switch to stabilization mode, then when I open the throttle the elevator moves gradually up and ailerons move so that the plane would climb and bank right.
Am I missing something?
It doesn't do it with stabilaization off.

Are you powering up with the plane level?
Do you have the channels connect in the right order 1234 is AETR? What Transmitter are you using and Mode?
