The KML file or rather the kmz zipped file that I get from MP doesn't contain the correct information so that I get tracks of the flight in Google Earth. It contains no LineString element with the GPS coordinates, and no Paths of the flights that I have done. I guess I could write a script or something to create this myself from the logs,but I thought  MP should create this kml format?

Also I notice that the list of gx:Flyto  elements contain altitude values that are negative, and altitude-mode that is absolute, which seems odd to me, and also makes the flight in google earth sort of jump up and down about ground level.

I guess I must be doing something wrong here, any pointers?
