Is there, or are there plans to do multiple stab modes with different pid settings at once so one could via a s5ick movement chose a certain mode just before arming motors, like mk does??

Also interested in a similar question: My flying is downright jumpy on our aggressive settings, it seems like having a sensitive and a less sensitive mode that could be toggled in-flight would be extremely valuable.

You can use Ch6 to get P gain adjustment from a Radio Channel.
You can set this from CLI dynamic tuning, hopefully this will be soon inside Mission Planner.
