strange problem with ardupilot

Hello,

I have ardupilot 2.5.2, and I have just started building my first drone. All went well until I came to ESC setup. It just did not work. I could set up ESC using just my remote and receiver, but not via ardupilot. Then I connected oscilloscope to ardupilot outputs, and I was surprised to find that I have series of impulses 1ms long with 2ms period. Also, the voltage goes both positive and negative(???) on signal output. And on mission planner I have all 4 outputs having the same value, and that value never changes. Maybe I am doing something wrong (or maybe that ardupilot died?). Any ideas? :)

    well, voltage does not go below zero, I had my oscilloscope in AC mode by error. However, I managed somehow to get some output on the board, but it went away :( and it always says disarmed :(

    How can I remove that disarmed thing?
