I'm currently gathering parts for my plane, and I kinda want one with live streaming video. What are my options, considering I have a low budget?

What size of the plane or better yet/ whats the payload it can carry?

What range on the video do you need, and are you intending to fly by video FPV?

What radio setup do you use? (i.e 2.4ghz)
