Struggle with understanding the home position when mission planning

Hi everybody! I have a very simple question, but I just can't find any place where it explains it. My question is, when I arm my quadcopter, I know that position will be the "Home position", but if I have planned a mission with waypoints, which ends with a "return to launch", will it return to the home position where it was armed, or the home position marked in the mission, if that makes sense? I'm sorry if I make it sound confusing, but I have a hard time explaining what I mean, so I hope you understand.

    RTL will be where you armed. You can ignore the home position on Mission Planner, it will be automatically moved when you arm.
    If you want to RTL to a different location, use Rally Points.
