Hi! Im having troubles with the compass calibration in arducopter.
Hardware:
APM 2.5 + 3DR external GPS and compass .
I really dont get why my z offsets are really high, here is a video showing my calibration process.

Hi, finally I got It. My problem was the location of the GPS on the hexacopter. At first it was located at the center of the z axis, then I change it to be with an offset of around 5cm and everything worked great.
