I'm working on Super OSD at the moment.Super OSD is an open source (free hardware, free firmware, free software) on screen display module. I have already produced PCBs (below) and I am working on some initial engineering prototypes. What I want to do is to put the boards into production, for an initial run of 20 I need about $850.The code, schematics and other related projects are here: http://code.google.com/p/super-osdI also regularly post on RCGroups: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1290963In more detail, Super OSD fills the gap I see between low cost text based OSDs (like Remzibi), and high cost graphical OSDs (like Eagle Tree Pro, RVOSD, Dragon OSD, and many others.) It's a fully graphical OSD, with a display of 192x128 pixels. It will sell for about $80, with plans to reduce that further, or produce a cheaper one later. A Pro version is in the works, for $125 you will get a very powerful module with its own 12V 1000mA SEPIC.Super OSD will support all the basic features FPVers are accustomed to, including a standard HUD, with altitude, GPS position, variometers, and more. It has an onboard audio output, which can switch in a variometer automatically (it can also act as a pass-through for a camera microphone when you are not climbing), and it buffers the audio signal. But it will also support FPV games. These are games played as a single player, or with multiple players (with the addition of an Xbee radio module, coming soon.) I've got a very basic video of the game engine working below, which is very fast (about 30 fps):https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8CRxstJ_Z4I'm a 17 yr old student living in the UK, I'm studying electronics and I have designed this in my spare time. I'd like to get this into production. Once I get the first batch done, I imagine I'll have enough extra cash left to buy the next batch, then become self sufficient, and hopefully lower the price (original target was $70, didn't quite meet that.)You can contribute on IndieGoGo: http://www.indiegogo.com/Super-OSD-Lite
I've been always interested to see PICs used for OSD. There are few nice looking projects already but yours is one most promising. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Tom for all the hard work.
