Super simple mode: Pitch and roll interchange

Hello Folks,

Im a UAV pilot and while im flying the Pixhawk with super simple mode, i feel  that the pitch and roll input gets mixed up randomly a few times when the quad is near the home

Im using APM copter v3.3.3

Is it a known issue? any fixes please?
