friend of mine sent a link today:

"Flying Robots Deliver Tacos To Your Location
Our unmanned delivery agents are fast and work tirelessly."
it sounds a bit crazy, but there is already "private beta" open for SF bay area - anyone care to join and share experience? :)

chris posted about this news also, main discussion there :)
In my opinion, there are really only two ways this can go. This venture will never really "get off the ground" (pun intended) and it will be ignored by the regulators (pick your favorite alphabet soup acronyms of local, state, and federal agencies). Or, it will get some market traction and the bureaucrats will come swooping in to put the clamps down. That, however, pales in comparison to the legal issues if a puff of wind blows his taco delivery vehicle into somebody's face. I hope the entrepreneur has the foresight to start another web site: www.tacocopterlegaldefensefund.com
Being an entrepreneur myself, I love to see innovative new ventures, and I'm a tireless supporter of personal aviation. However, if a business person chooses to ignore the regulatory and legal environment in which they operate, they do so at grave peril to themselves and their enterprise.
