  • In my opinion, there are really only two ways this can go.  This venture will never really "get off the ground" (pun intended) and it will be ignored by the regulators (pick your favorite alphabet soup acronyms of local, state, and federal agencies). Or, it will get some market traction and the bureaucrats will come swooping in to put the clamps down.  That, however, pales in comparison to the legal issues if a puff of wind blows his taco delivery vehicle into somebody's face.  I hope the entrepreneur has the foresight to start another web site: www.tacocopterlegaldefensefund.com

    Being an entrepreneur myself, I love to see innovative new ventures, and I'm a tireless supporter of personal aviation.  However, if a business person chooses to ignore the regulatory and legal environment in which they operate, they do so at grave peril to themselves and their enterprise.
