Takeoff command altitude bug

On MP 1.2.10, if I add a takeoff command to my flight plan, write it to the APM and then read it back, the altitude parameter winds up being [whatever I originally set the takeoff altitude to be]-[Current plane altitude]. For example with the plane at 328 meters, if I set the takeoff alt parameter to 10, write to the APM and then read it back I wind up with a takeoff alt of -318. Reported as issue 733, APM 1.4, Ardupilot 2.6.
