I purchased the X8+ lately and reinstalled Tarot T-2D gimbal from IRIS+ to my new copter X8+. But when I took off with X8+ the gimbal started to respond to turbulence from X8+ propellers.

When I got home I connected Tarot gimbal to the Tarot software as instructed - Tarot instructions
But I can't connect to Tarot USB on my Win8.1 (see picture below).
So I have to issues:
1) My Tarot Gimbal needs to be tuned (i think), so anybody who had the same issue please give me advice what are the parameters for calibrating the gimbal to work properly?
2) How should I solve that error Code10 that I could start work with Tarot Gimbal?
p.s. I'am a newbie of this hobby, and I'am in learning stage...
