I want to use APM 2.5 or 2.6 for collecting the flight test data for fixed wing uav. but I don't know how to add angle of attack and sideslip angle sensor such as potentiometers or pressure sensors. If some body know about that please explain me.

And I have to fly the aircraft manually to get the required flight condition, so I like to ask can I save the flight test data on data flashlog or talog when I am flying the aircraft manually. I see that the tlog for APM will works when I choose autopilot mode on mission planner. So, I think I cannot save the data when I am flying the aircraft manually. so I would like to ask here is can I save the  data on  dataflash logs when I am flying the aircraft manually? Or both of dataflash logs and Tlogs work when the aircraft is being flied by autopilot mode of APM.
