This is why one must be tighten SMA connectors properly.

I lost my antenna on the 4th flight after screwing the VTX antenna on, but luckily Arducopter saved the day (thanks to the developers):

I can't recall how tight or loose I screwed the antenna, but next time I'll be sure to tighten the SMA connector properly or perhaps use some 3D printed SMA finger wrenches such as: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1678149
