Throttle and elevator channels both grounded?

I got back my APM 2.0 from 3DR yesterday. The guys were awesome.

Uploaded the latest Arduplane code (2.32) from latest APM Planner (1.1.60). Sstarted the whole programming process with my radio again then tested the flight modes with my airplane where it was mounted originally.

What I noticed while bench-testing was that on Stabilized mode, the throttle would rev up when I dip the nose down; when dipping up, the throttle revs down. During this process, I didn't have elevator control from the my radio. It's like the throttle was compensating for the changes in pitch attitude and not the elevator in Stabilize mode. If the plane was in the air in Stabilize mode and it noses down, that would have been disastrous, lol.

On RTL mode, the throttle would just rev up even if it was on the bench. Other flight control channels cannot be controlled from the radio.

The Manual flight mode seems fine though. Any inputs or ideas why the APM 2.0 behaved this way? I included my latest logs of the bench test last night. Maybe these could shed some light.
