Throttle controls pitch and yaw also

Hello everybody!

I'm having some difficulties with my quadcopter.

The behaviour is this: when I try to take off the drone, one motor is acceleration much more rapidly than the others and one barely spins. The other two motor are somewhere in between with the rpm.

Most likely, this is generated by the throttle command.

As you can see from the video below, when I push the throttle stick up, the pitch and roll also increase.

 

When I try to test the motors, the throttle value must be above 51%. I think this is a bit too high. I don't know if it is related in any way with the behaviour described above.

 

If someone has some suggestions on how to resolve these issues, I would be grateful.
