Throttle failure, motor not spinning

Hi,

I am currently running Arducopter 3.1.4 on an APM 2.6 and i can't get my quad to liftoff.

I've done all the calibrations, and have calibrated the ESCs (together) ,have a GPS lock (solid blue light), and can arm and disarm. However, then i arm the APM, and then rev the throttle, i get a very anemic start when 2 motors will slowly sputter to life and start slowly spinning after roughly 3 - 6 seconds, and after another 3 seconds or so, a 3rd motor starts spinning. However, this is as far as it goes, and the 4th motor doesn't start spinning at all.

However, when i make the quad yaw, pitch and roll using my transmitter, the 4th motor will react and spin accordingly, but when i release everything and just leave the throttle running, the 4th motor doesn't spin.

Furthermore, when i pick up the quad in my hands(propellors off) and manually tilt my quad in stabilise mode, the all the motors(4th) included will spin accordingly as they are tilted.

From the logs i got, i seem to be having trouble with GPS(Even with the solid blue light on), and problems with Magnetic interefence with the compass....? I am using the quad in an open space, so i'm not too sure what else i can do for the GPS. I currently have my compass mounted on a stand, and may consider lengthening the stand to further put it out of reach of any interference. However, i do not think the errors im getting would result in my throttle never exceeding 20%, which is what my main problem is, and is something i do not know how to solve.

I've tried uploading the .log files but i got the error message xml extensions not accepted as it cold be a possible attack vector. I would be glad to upload my loags if anone could tell me how to do so.

Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

P.S. When i run an auto analysis of the log files ( i have no idea how to do a manual analysis), i get the following :-
