Throttle Reversing Issue

So here's the issue...(with the APM2 running the arduplane software)

The throttle is reversing in a strange way.  When in manual mode, everything works as expected, but when the APM2 is switched into stabilize, auto, etc... the throttle is reversed.

I tried switching the throttle reverse parameter, which did the trick for the APM controlled modes, but it also reverses the throttle under manual mode.  

I've re-calibrated, and tried everything we can think of on both the APM2 and our transmitter (DX8) but to no avail.

Anyone know how I might fix this problem?

  • Hi Jeb,

    Try reversing the throttle in the mission planner like you did, and then reverse it in your rc-tx, this might do the trick... I do recommend you try afterwards in "hard manual mode" (the passthrough mode of the ppm encoder controlled normally by channel 8 ).

    I'm also only a ardupilot beginner, but I think this would work, good luck.
