When I play back a Tlog with a WP in the "mission", the WP does not show in the playback. Is this normal? If not, any advice to fix it?

you need to either send or receive wps duing that tlog for the wp's to display on screen during playback. Also skipping though the lgo will also make it not work.
I did read back the WP from the APM just to make sure they loaded. Are you doing anything special in your playback sequence?

Before I start a mission with my rover, I go to the Flight Planner tab and request a read of the waypoints stored on APM. I believe that this allows the tlog being generated during the mission to record the waypoints as I have waypoints displayed on the Flight tab during a tlog playback.
