Hi, James. Thank you for your attention and your advice.
I dont know if it is the cctv's which you refer to. And I have gone through some infomation about cctv's and find out which may be using the camera to provide images. And actually, TF02 is kind of LiDAR(laser radar) using the TOF(time of flight) priciple to help record the data.

Thought there are some kind of devices for this application already such as cctv's. Those maps and route apps on android phones even giving good accuracy on traffic status as well. If that'll give a better overview, then it will be useful.
