So, I have a 9xr Pro with a Dsss transmitter module and I'm trying to pair it with a Turnigy 9x version 2 8ch receiver, but they just don't seem to want to bind properly. When I plug the battery into the receiver, the red flashing light comes on and I grab my transmitter and hold the bind button down while turning it on (like you're supposed to do). The light goes solid and I reset everything like all the videos show. But when I plug all the channels back into the receiver and turn on the whole drone, the receiver isn't bound and doesn't take input from the transmitter. I try to calibrate the radio in Mission Planner, but even if the light is solid, I can't give the receiver any signals.
Can somebody please help me with this predicament? Did I get the wrong transmitter module? I hope I won't have to buy a Turnigy 9x just to get the module, so if there's anyway I can avoid that, please tell me. Thanks!
